important – COVID19

Everyone

While public performances around the world have been “suspended or postponed” due to the impact of COVID19, Our projects such as inc. percussion days in lake Sagami and Xenakis et le Japon in Tokyo at Meguro Persimmon Hall have taken the same course as well.

This artist incubation project has been fostering young professionals in next generation which was founded by Kuniko in 2015.

Pleiades, To this big piece, I want to continue to work harder than ever and aim for higher quality. I feel once again that it is our job as “musicians” to create the moment of sharing the “music” with people. Please keep an eye on the future of inc. artist incubation until the curtain opens safely in next season.

Thank you for your continued support.

Pleiades Sessions

In December 2019, at Aone Junior High School (Midori-ku, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and in February 2020 at Kunitachi Community Art Center PLEIADES sessions and a Percussion Workshop for Everyone were held at both venues.

Be Creative

Want to Play?

Taking the first steps as an artist, there are many hurdles to overcome beyond courage and ability. “I have an idea, but I don’t have the opportunity or venue to realize it”

inc. will nurture the next generation of musicians through the following support.

We perform one on one mentoring for each artist at various project opportunities, consider the program, the staging and the venue together and decide on an artistic direction of the project. We want to create a young professional who can lead creative ideas by actively incorporating cross genre collaborations while giving inspiration including musicians, players of other instruments and the participations of overseas guest artists.
